We offer a range of post-deployment services, supporting manufacturers to deliver their warranty terms and ensuring client assets are kept operational and in optimal condition.

Warranty repairs

We fulfil the warranty obligations of manufacturer customers, managing all logistics and repair of display components. From providing next business day replacement of smaller stand-alone displays on notification of an issue (to replace faulty assets), to repairing displays at component level to add back into our exchange stock, we manage the whole incident process as exclusive partners to some of the world’s biggest display brands.

Reactive maintenance

Working as a white-labelled service provider for display manufacturers, we dispatch engineers to sites nationwide to correct faults in line with agreed service levels. Fault finding, replacing parts onsite and managing the return of parts to dedicated repair centres means we handle a comprehensive, reactive service to ensure maximum uptime of supported assets. We offer 4hr response times, 24/7/365 for high profile sites such as Piccadilly Lights in central London.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

We manage an on-going schedule of planned works for installed displays across the UK. PPMs include checking outdoor displays for functionality, wear and tear and any signs of water ingress or issues that may affect performance, to testing indoor displays and resolving minor (non-visual) issues to ensure ongoing functionality and longevity of displays.

Display cleaning

For optimisation of outdoor LED displays, we plan, schedule and complete cleaning of displays in-line with manufacturer guidance. By arranging access equipment, permits, logistics and specialist cleaning teams we ensure outdoor assets – adversely affected by pollution, weather and environmental conditions – are kept in prime condition.

Event Support

For large sports venues, we offer dedicated support to ensure the smooth running of display technology for often critical, televised events. With engineers familiar with the site arriving two hours before public access to methodically check all displays and control equipment, we stay on-hand for immediate support for the duration of the event, managing any post-event checks and return to default settings promptly after crowds have departed.
