Build
Taking the detailed drawings, our build team provide the electrical and data provision within the display and assemble the unit in accordance with client-approved design.
All off-site build activities are completed at our Bolton facility, using experienced field technicians and engineers to assemble and carry out pre-commissioning of displays. Once assets are configured on client systems (for diagnostic reporting and content management), we carry out factory acceptance testing (FAT) as per the client-agreed scope.
Documentation and photos are prepared ahead of shipment to site, with all logistics managed by our administrative team for safe and on-time delivery.
With efficient processes for build works, supported by our constant focus on quality, we work with clients to meet often ambitious timeframes. This may involve building, testing and commissioning whole units at our facility and shipping as a single assembly to reduce time and risk onsite.
For Alight Media we are midway through a programme of building 40 separate D48 units, shipping an average of one per week for our installation teams to deploy across UK sites.
