To support its direct-view LED line of business, Samsung offers a manufacture branded installation and “in life’ service package called Blue Glove to facilitate adoption of the product by its resellers and system integrator partners and to ensure quality installations to showcase the brand. Support includes site surveys, design, installation and maintenance for all LED product, with a next business day response time for issues and an option of a three or five year support contract for ongoing maintenance.
For this manufacturer branded service offering, Samsung required a trusted and experienced partner to deliver the support as a white-labelled service.
Leveraging DPI’s partnership with Samsung as their only B2B display warranty partner, DPI deliver the Blue Glove proposition across the UK and Ireland. The support helps augment the skillset of system integrators and adds valuable LED installation and maintenance capability where integrators don’t have the experience, resources or skills internally. The DPI support also allows Samsung to offer manufacturer quality guidance and hands-on support for complex or custom installations where integrators wish to offset the risk of managing this themselves.
In partnership with DPI, Samsung is able to support its integrator channel with right first-time installations and on-going maintenance. This helps drive loyalty with Samsung’s direct customers and provides expertise for more complex or bespoke installs. For Samsung end users, the DPI services mean that the displays are installed in full working condition and tested and commissioned in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
