Our facilities are strategically placed to serve our customers needs across the UK. Along with our head office, our storage facilities, workshops and remote engineer locations means we can adhere to strict service level agreements (SLAs) and support critical digital assets 24/7.
Head office
Our 5,500 sq. ft facility in Bolton is home to our factory, warehouse and head office. Administration staff and workshop engineers are based at the office, while it serves as a hub for our northern field team supporting sites across the north of England and Scotland.
Storage & workshop facilities
We have further storage and workshop facilities in Peterborough, Bracknell and London to support our warranty repair services for manufacturers. We handle replacement displays, parts and consumables, all managed through our robust inventory management processes for expedited shipping to meet support needs and service level agreements (SLAs).
Remote locations
Our southern field team are based throughout the Midlands and south of England at remote locations to cover the rest of the UK for quick response to customer sites.
